Service Area: We deliver within designated regions in New Zealand. Delivery outside these areas may incur additional charges or may not be available.
Water Quality: All our water is sourced from approved supply sources compliant with NZ Drinking-water Standards.
Ordering and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or availability. The Customer must ensure safe and accessible delivery access for the truck and equipment.
Customer Responsibilities: Ensure tanks are clean and free from contaminants prior to delivery. Provide accurate delivery location and contact information.
Pricing and Payment: Prices are quoted in NZD and include/exclude GST. Additional charges may apply for urgent, after-hours, or long-distance deliveries. Payment is due upon delivery or as per account terms (e.g. 7/14/30 days). Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid fees. No refunds will be issued for water already delivered and accepted.
Liability: The Company is not liable for damages resulting from: Incompatible or faulty tanks overflow due to customer error. Delays outside of the Company’s control.
Health and Safety: The Customer must notify the Company of any hazards on-site. The Company adheres to all NZ health and safety regulations.
Privacy: Customer information is collected only for service provision and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
